Our City of Kisarazu, blessed with a beautiful climate and the gentle waves of Tokyo Bay, abounds with both ancient history and new culture.

We will love and take immense pride in our City of Kisarazu. We set down the following Citizen’s Charter to promote strong and bright urban development for the city for the next century.

1. We will preserve the city’s water and rich green nature and create a safe and pleasant city in which to live.
2. We will promote education that values individuals and foster culture.
3. We will create a pleasant and warm city where everyone is considerate to each other.
4. We will create a vibrant city with flourishing industry where everyone is full of hope.
5. We will create a peaceful city full of vitality where everyone fulfills their purpose.
