Oceanside is located in southern California between the two large cities of Los Angeles and San Diego. It is on the coast as its name implies and has an area of 107.74km2 and is at 91m above sea level. This area is named San Angeles, and constitutes the second largest megalopolis in the United States. |
| Climate |
The climate of coastal southern California is very pleasant with an average of only1 or 2 days per year when the maximum temperature exceeds 32°C or the minimum drops below 0°C. The climate is temperate all year round. The average temperature is 14.6°C in spring, 19.2°C in summer, 17.7°C in fall and 12.7°C in winter. |
